Ever since I was little, I was quite gifted in crafts and my mother always gave me all the necessary materials to keep developing this skill.
I used to spend hours and hours at a time drawing, and later on making handmade crafts and this has still not changed. I absolutely adore this process – creating something from the beginning, pouring a bit of my soul in it.
Making handmade jewellery was an area that I timidly stepped in almost ten years ago,and have passed various stages, from simple jewellery to more complicated ones, such as macramé, origami and wooden artwork.
One of my first attempts in origami was making a crane, and from then on I tried more complicated ones. The idea of turning them in to jewellery came up when asked by a friend. Ever since I found the process extremely relaxing – when I wish to meditate and unwind, I fold origami, resulting in elegant jewellery with perfect balance.
I also took up sewing lessons ,so don’t be surprised if you find fabric made products in my profile! All the jewelry will be packaged in little, beautiful handmade bags!
My love for nature was always prominent in my life and in the last few years I have been involved with therapeutic botanology, gardening vegetables and anything that can cross your mind!
Of course, I must say that my new partner in life was the cause of a turning point to start making wooden artwork. Him being a an agronomist and collector of succulent ornamental plants was a source of knowledge that in combination with my love in creating brought those artworks in life.
